Aloha Dental Group is seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent patient care. The RDA will work closely with the dentist and dental team to support efficient clinical operations and ensure patients have a comfortable and positive experience.

Job Description Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are properly set up
Take and develop dental X-rays in accordance with applicable regulations
Assist with patient preparation and provide chairside support
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Follow proper infection control and sterilization procedures
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained
Provide patients with friendly, professional, and compassionate care
Assist with maintaining an efficient clinical workflow
Communicate respectfully and professi
