E‑Scooter Delivery Driver (Seasonal – W2) Shift Options: Thursday–Sunday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Tuesday–Saturday: 7:00 PM–2:30 AM Sunday–Thursday: 12:00 AM–8:00 AM Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour This is a W2 seasonal position and is not eligible for benefits. Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van is provided during shifts to perform job duties. Must live near Charlottesville area. Job Summary Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. E‑Scooter Delivery Drivers locate vehicles, swap batteries, rebalance scooters throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. Responsibilities Follow instructions in the mobile app to complete shift tasks Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries Rebalance scooters from low‑demand to high‑demand areas Perform basic repairs and quality checks Respond to on‑demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Comfortable driving a company van Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance Strong communication skills and attention to detail Self‑motivated and able to work independently Nice to Haves Knowledge of the local geography and street layout Familiarity with the Charlottesville area and surrounding streets Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, and weekends Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar environments Competitive hourly wage Company‑provided van Opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, early‑stage technology company Veo credits #J-18808-Ljbffr
