Key Responsibilities

Scrub and assist in a high-volume operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day across 16 suites
Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, Robotics, Neurosurgery, Spine, Urology, and ENT
Participate in an on-call rotation totaling approximately 120 hours over the contract period, self-scheduled across weekdays and weekends
Fulfill one required weekend shift per 6-week period; holiday call is preferred but not required
Respond to call within 30 minutes; on-site sleep room available for extended call coverage
Adhere to facility scrub and dress code standards; scrubs are provided

Required Qualifications

Active Colorado DORA license required
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
BLS certification required
Demonstrated experience in General Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Robotics
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted
Must be available and present in-state for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Spine, Urology, and ENT
Comfort with set and block scheduling structures
Flexibility to float within a defined facility zone in the event of an exceptional staffing need
