To support a growing startup, the remote Support Specialist will manage inbound support tickets, assist with onboarding and data integrity, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Serve as the first line of defense for inbound support tickets, ensuring efficient triage and management of the support queue Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to escalate issues, identify trends, and maintain incident protocols Assist in onboarding new customers and maintaining data integrity through tasks such as data auditing and spreadsheet manipulation Required qualifications Proven experience in software support or customer service within a tech-driven environment 2+ years of multifamily domain knowledge and understanding of the relationship between operators and suppliers Strong technical aptitude with exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues Experience with helpdesk systems and project management tools, such as Notion or Zendesk Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
