What You'll Do

● Evaluates, dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings

● Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts

● Performs all repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts for SMT and other Robotic assembly equipment

● Repairs all support equipment including conveyors and soldering robotics

● Troubleshoots issues in work cells containing as many as 5 integrated machines

● Created spare parts lists and preventive maintenance procedures

● Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment

● Performs general building maintenance and other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

● Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree or equivalent experience

● 2-4 years of related experience required

● Experience working with SMT and other robotic assembly equipment preferred

● Ability to work in both team environment and able to be self directed

● Ability to work well with other members of the technical and production staffs

● Results and Quality Oriented

● Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to read and comprehend technical literature

● Ability to read and comprehend schematics and technical instructions

● Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non technical personnel
