Compensation

• Hourly: $245/hour
• Overtime Rate: $300/hour
• Holiday Rate: $365/hour
• 24-Hour Call: $2,350 per 24 hours
• Night Call: $470/shift

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Evening and Weekend Call Required
• Call Schedule Varies Based on Provider Availability
• Current Call Rotation: Approximately 2 On / 2 Off
• Day, Night, and Weekend Coverage

Patient Population / Volume

• Patient Population: All Ages
• Approximately 5-15 Patient Contacts Per Day
• Patient Volume May Vary

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide Inpatient Anesthesia Coverage
• Provide Anesthesia Services for Surgical and Procedural Cases
• Manage Admissions
• Provide Anesthesia Care Across All Age Groups
• Provider Will Not Work Solo

• Peripheral Nerve Blocks

• Cesarean Sections
• Pediatric Anesthesia Including Dental, ENT, and Orthopedic Cases
• Labor Epidurals

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification - Required
• Active Alaska License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
• Candidates Requiring Alaska Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• NRP - Required
• PALS - Required
• ATLS - Required
• Required Certifications Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross as Applicable
• Epic Proficiency - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a CRNA - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements

• Clinical Activity / Case Logs From the Previous 24 Months - Required
