Work to be performed at a government customer site in Chantilly, VA.Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:Design and Develop tools for relevant operating systems platforms.Design and Develop tools that integrate with commercial applications.Design and Develop database management systems, image processing, collaborative tools, data manipulation techniques, data visualization techniques, and directory services.Develop and conduct unit testsDetermine feasibility of software design within time and cost constraints.Document software designs and related instructions so that others can understand and replicate the program.Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel.Collaborate with computer manufacturers and users to develop new programming methods.Train subordinates in programming and program coding.Design and build web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years, master’s and 4 years, bachelor’s and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10years.
