Job Description

Construction Coordinator — Remote | Full-time | Latin America & USA

About Procontractors

Procontractors is a licensed South Florida general contractor specializing in commercial build-outs and high-end residential construction throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. The company delivers tenant improvements, new construction, ADUs, home additions, and full renovations under one contract and one accountable team. Every phase is managed from permitting through final walkthrough, combining the discipline and systems of a large firm with a hands-on, owner-led approach. The team operates with radical transparency, process-driven execution, and a long-term commitment to clients and partners. Fully licensed, insured, and code-compliant in every market it serves.

About the Role

We're growing our remote team and looking for a Construction Coordinator to help keep our projects and our people connected. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates in Latin America and the USA.

The role is primarily about coordination, making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks between the office, the field, subcontractors, and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate communication between project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Organize project schedules and track milestones to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously
  • Manage documentation across permits, contracts, inspections, and change orders
  • Monitor budgets and timelines and prepare status reports for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Update project control systems and support safety documentation and compliance records

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in construction project coordination, with familiarity in commercial and residential construction processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency with MS Office, project scheduling tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Background in construction, engineering, or project administration is preferred
  • A degree in a related field is an asset but not required
