Key responsibilities Manage purchase order and task order processes, ensuring accurate tracking and communication throughout the lifecycle Oversee daily Zendesk ticket volume, triaging and resolving customer requests related to subscriptions and billing Administer the Enterprise Management Portal for customer accounts, coordinating communications and ensuring billing accuracy Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business operations, customer success, or revenue operations Proficiency with tools such as Stripe, Zendesk, Jira, and Monday.com Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests independently and accurately Strong written communication skills for direct customer interactions Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and billing concepts
